It seems that this is because the account has been blocked. I registered a new account and it works fine now. I heard that this platform allows only users from a few certain countries but I’m not sure whether it’s true or not.
This is most likely a bug
As far as I know, reesericci does not block users

But it is so strange that a newly created account can be logged in while my old one can’t. And some users can log in while others can’t according to some forums that talks about free resources.
US here, existing account can’t get into admin anymore, but if I login to it, then I can access the forum fine.

I recently asked reese about that, he said that admin.obl.ong is down until he’ll rewrite the panel
Any updates on when the panel will be back up again?
Perhaps it’s an issue w/ the email code login?
I have email codes disabled, and only login with a passkey.
