For stickers, Saturn Stickers (recommended by @m04 iirc) seems to do $75/100 which gets progressively cheaper as we buy more. They seem like a solid vendor. https://www.saturnstickers.com
For tees, I think Under Pressure would be a solid printer, I’ve used them many times before and they’re great. I think the bella canvas 3413 fabric would be good.
